REGISTRATION FORM FOR STALL HOLDERS AND EXHIBITORS.

All stall holders, exhibitors and participants in the Jandowae Timbertown Festival are required to complete this registration form. Confirmation of registration, space and resources allocation will be made before the festival.

Parade partipants, please use this form as well.

If your activity involves the use of equipment, machinery or animals then you need to have a current Public Liability Insurance policy to participate in the Jandowae Timbertown Festival. Fill out this section if it is applicable to you. (Not required for parade entries).

The stall holders fee is $20 for the weekend or part there-of, payable with your registration. Alternatively you may make an arrangement with the Timbertown Festival Committee to make a donation of a larger amount after the festival. ( A $20 deposit may be required if you are not known to the committee).

No charge for parade entries or non—commercial displays.
